4 Boneless Skinless Chicken breasts; pounded thin
4 Oz Cream cheese; Softened
Garlic powder
Parsley
Chives
16Slices Bacon
Spread a layer of cream cheese on
the inside of the chicken breast.
Season to taste with the garlic,parsley and chives
Roll up, starting with the small end.
Wrap 2 slices of bacon around the rolled
chicken breast, secure with toothpick or skewer.
Bake 30-40 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
Broil 5 minutes to brown bacon.

Chicken salad with pineapple
This is a
big chicken salad, enough for up to 20 people.
This chicken salad recipe was shared on our forum.
INGREDIENTS:
3 tablespoons curry powder
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cups mayonnaise
4 (3 lb) broiler chickens, cooked, meat diced
1 pound fresh seedless grapes, halved
2 cans water chestnuts, drained, sliced (8 oz
each)
6 ounces sliced almonds
2 cans pineapple chunks in juice, drained (12
to 14 ounces each)
PREPARATION:
Mix curry, soy sauce, and
mayonnaise; toss with other ingredients. Chill
before serving.
Serves 15 to 20.

2 1/2 to 3 cups diced cooked
chicken
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped apple
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
pepper, to taste
PREPARATION:
Combine chicken and all
remaining ingredients; mix gently. Spread chicken
sandwich mixture on bread.
Makes about 8 chicken sandwiches
