Ingredients for Hot Mexican Dip
1 lb. lean ground beef or sirloin
1 small onion, diced
1 16oz. can stewed tomatoes
1 LB. diced velveeta cheese
chili powder to taste
chopped jalapenos to taste

Method for Hot Mexican dip

Brown ground beef with onion in medium saucepan. Drain any excess fat.

On low flame, add velveeta, stirring until melted. Add tomatoes, chili powder, and jalapenos. Heat until hot and melted.

Place in chafing dish to keep warm. Serve with tortilla chips or bread sticks. Also serve with a suitable table wine and enjoy your Hot Mexican dip !
