Ingredients for
Avocado Salsa
1 avocado, diced
1 lime, juiced
2 tomatoes, seeded and diced
½ cup green onion, minced
½ cup green pepper, minced
½ cup fresh cilantro
pinch of black pepper (optional)
Method
for Avocado Salsa
In small bowl,
combine avocado and lime juice. Stir in tomatoes,
green onion, green pepper, and cilantro. Add sprinkle
of black pepper. Cover and refrigerate until ready
to use. Serve with chilled wine. Enjoy your Avocado
