Ingredients for
Kiwi Fruit Salsa
3 Kiwi fruit, peeled
1 pear, firm, peeled and cored
2 jalapeños, cleaned and seeds removed
1 orange zest and juice
1 lime zest and juice
1 lemon zest and juice
sugar, to taste
white wine vinegar, to taste
salt and pepper to taste
Method for Kiwi
Fruit Salsa
Zest orange, lime and lemon.
Squeeze juice from orange, lime and lemon. Combine
all ingredients in blender and purée well.
Chill. Serve as desired with your favourite barbecued
sausages and salad along with chilled wine. Enjoy
your Kiwi Fruit Salsa.
