1 cup tomato, diced
1 cup mango, diced
¼ cup red pepper, diced
¼ cup red onion, diced

3 tablespoons lime juice, fresh

fine sprinkling of salt and pepper
Method for Mango
Salsa
Combine and let stand at
room temperature for 30 minutes. Serve as desired
