Ingredients for Portuguese Salsa

3 cans Whole tomatoes, 1 pound, 12 ounce
1 can Ortega whole california
Chiles; chopped fine, 3 ½ ounce
30 garlic; chopped fine
1 Onion, 2 ½" diameter; chop
1 teaspoon Salt and black pepper
1 dash Tabasco sauce

Method for Portuguese Salsa
