Ingredients for
Portuguese Salsa
3 cans Whole tomatoes,
1 pound, 12 ounce
1 can Ortega whole california
Chiles; chopped fine, 3 ½ ounce
30 garlic; chopped fine
1 Onion, 2 ½" diameter; chop
1 teaspoon Salt and black pepper
1 dash Tabasco sauce
Method for Portuguese
Salsa
Mix well, mashing or breaking
tomatoes into small pieces. Serve with your favourite
steak along with salad and chilled wine. Enjoy
your Portuguese Salsa.
