Ingredients for
Red Onion Salsa
1 ½ cup finely
chopped red onion (about 2 medium)
¾ cup Finely chopped tomato (about 1 medium)
¼ cup chopped green onions (2-3 medium)
¼ cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
¼ teaspoon ground red pepper
3 cloves garlic finely chopped
Method for Red
Onion Salsa
Mix all ingredients in
a bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Serve with your favourite steak along with salad
and chilled wine. Enjoy your Red Onion Salsa.
