Christmas Cosmopolitan

I served this drink last Christmas eve when I met with my girlfriends. It is very easy to prepare and it puts you in a great Christmas mood (probably because of the alcohol).
Ingredients:
- 500 ml of vodka
- 500 ml of ginger beer
- 1 l of blackcurrant juice
- juice from 3 lemons
- slices of Candied Ginger
- grated zest from 1 lime
Preparation:
- Mix 500 ml of vodka and 500 ml of ginger beer in a carafe.
- Mix 1l of blackcurrant juice, the juice from 5 lemons and some slices of candied ginger.
- Top it with grated lime peel, by preference.
