Iceberg Salad with Tomatoes and Feta Cheese

It’s that great time of the year, when spring returns and we easily start losing our winter clothes and start showing more skin. If you wish to lose some weight and still eat a delicious dish, I recommend you this salad! You know what else is so wonderful about this time of the year? That you can find more easily the vegetables you need, at your local market.

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 iceberg salad
  • 1 cucumber
  • 250 g of cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 150 g of feta cheese
  • a handful of olives
  • 1 red onion

For the dressing:

  • Mix 150 g of low-fat yogurt with a tablespoon of mustard, one tablespoon of lemon juice, one tablespoon of olive oil and finely chopped dill.

 

Preparation:

  • Wash the vegetables and cut them into long, thin strips;
  • Add the pitted olives and the feta cheese cut into cubes ;
  • Add the dressing.
