Oriental Summer Salad

A delicious dish, perfect for serving during spring and summer, when the potatoes are sweeter! The ingredients I used for this dish are for 2 servings. If you want a more protein-rich dish you can also add slices of boiled eggs (some people prefer it that way).




  • 8 medium steamed potatoes;
  • 100 g of pitted black olives;
  • 200 g of chopped peppers (red, yellow, green and orange);
  • 300 grams of tomatoes, chopped;
  • 2 medium cucumbers, sliced;
  • 1 onion, chopped;
  • minced fresh parsley and dill.



  • Mix the ingredients in a bowl by adding salt and pepper to taste.
