Smoothies with berries

 

 

A healthy drink which contains many necessary vitamins and antioxidants. I normally serve this drink in the morning so that it gives me a healthy kick for the day.

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • -2 cups of berries
  • -1 banana
  • -1½ cup of milk
  • -2-3 tablespoons of liquid honey, to taste
  • -1 small yogurt

 

Preparation:

  • Mix all the ingredients in a blender, and then pour in glasses.
