Last week I didn’t have that much time for cooking and I remembered I had this recipe saved up for moments like these. It took me 15 minutes to cook this dish that consisted of 4 servings and it was absolutely delicious! Fast, easy and scrumptious!

Ingredients:

  • 400 g of spaghetti
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 200 g of bacon, sliced
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 200 ml of sour cream
  • parmesan

Preparation:

  • Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the pack, in water with salt.
  • Meanwhile, heat up the oil in a large pan and fry the onion until it softens. Add bacon and fry until it gets brown.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the egg yolks with the sour cream and let the mixture to rest.
  • Drain the pasta, and add them to the pan with the bacon mixture and pour the egg yolks and sour cream mixture over them. The heat from the pasta and the bacon mixture will cook the egg yolk mixture enough so that you will have a creamy sauce.
  • Add parmesan.
