Homemade Pink Lemonade

Sweet lemonade in cheerful colors, perfect to serve on a hot summer day when standing on the porch relaxing! I also consider it a good source of vitamin C! It took me 10 minutes to prepare and I left it in the fridge for one hour, to cool.

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 8 lemons, plus extra slices for serving
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 140 g of raspberries-
  • ice cubes

 

Preparation:

  • Peel the lemons.
  • Squeeze the fruit and mix the juice, zest, sugar, raspberries and 1, 2 l of boiling water.
  • Let the mixture cool, then strain.
  • Add sugar to taste. To serve, add a few slices of lemon, raspberries and lots of ice.
