Baked potatoes with smoked ham

If you’re looking for a refill of vitamin C in your body this is a great source! It’s a healthy and easy to cook dish! It took me approximately 50 minutes to cook and one serving has 270 kilocalories.

Ingredients:

  • -1.25 kg of potatoes, peeled and cut into 3 cm slices
  • -4 tablespoons of canola oil
  • -200 g of bacon or smoked ham, cut into pieces
  • -700 g of Brussels sprouts

Preparation:

  • Preheat the oven at 220 ° C. Boil a pot of water, and then add the potatoes. Boil them 4 to 5 minutes, drain them well, and then put them back in the pot in order to shake them a few times.
  • Place a thick-bottomed pan on the stove at medium heat, and add oil. When very hot, add the potatoes and fry them for a few minutes.
  • Add the bacon/ smoked ham and Brussels sprouts, stir the composition, and place it in the oven. Bake for approximately 30 minutes, until the bacon gets crispy, and the Brussels sprouts become tender.
