Chicken and Bacon Pasta

Since I am a big fan of pasta and was lacking time, I decided to try this recipe out. It turned out that it didn’t take me longer than 40 minutes to prepare and it turned out to be delicious!

 

 

Ingredients:

  • pasta 500 gr;
  • 2 chicken breasts;
  • 200gr bacon;
  • 250 gr cherry tomatoes;
  • 400 ml sour cream;
  • parmesan cheese;
  • pepper;
  • oregano;
  • sunflower oil;
  • salt;

Preparation:

  • Boil the pasta following the instructions on the pack; I used vegetable spirals this time.
  • The water in which I normally boil the pasta I always add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and a tablespoon of butter or margarine (it makes them taste delicious!).
  • Cut the chicken breast into tiny pieces, sprinkle salt and pepper and add them into a pan with 1 tablespoon of olive. Let them fry until they get a golden brown color. Add the bacon and let them fry all together for approximately 2 minutes.
  • Mix the drained pasta with sour cream over medium heat for approximately 2 minutes.
  • Add the cherry tomatoes cut in half and mix them with the rest of the composition. Sprinkle some oregano as well.

You can add the parmesan by taste.
