Pasta with Mushrooms and Sausages

Pasta with mushrooms and sausages

A great dish for all you meat lovers out there! If you wish not to cook with sausages you can replace them with 300 g of fried mushrooms. It took me approximately 1 hour to cook it and these ingredients are for 4 servings. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 4 fresh pork sausage cut into slices
  • 4 slices bacon, thinly diced
  • 200 g of mushrooms, chopped
  • 350 g of pasta
  • 50 g of Parmesan cheese
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 small bundle of parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of sour cream

Preparation:

  • Fry the sausages in a pan for approximately 8-10 minutes, until they get brown.
  • In a separate pan fry the mushrooms together with the bacon for approximately 8 minutes, until they get golden, and then add the sausages.
  • Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the pack. Prepare the sauce by mixing the parmesan with the egg yolks, the parsley and the sour cream.
  • When the pasta is ready, drain it and keep a little of the water in which they were boiled.
  • In the pan where you have the meat, add the pasta and mix them over low heat, and add the sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste and stir quickly. If the sauce is too thick you can add some of the water I told you about earlier (in which the pasta was cooked).
  • Placed in bowls and add parmesan to taste.
